Sam has decided that he needs to try talking. Most of what comes out of his mouth is a gurgled hodge-podge of consonants and vowels in a repetitive order making no coherent sense. However, we have found a few somewhat discernible words or phrases such as:
"Gootee" = Good. He usually says this over and over and over again like its one long word [gooteegooteegootee...] when he really likes what he is eating
"Wasdah" = Whats that? He usually asks this when looking at pictures in books and asks us wasdah? We then tell him what it is and he says "ahdun" [all done] and proceeds to turn the page.
"Ada ada a-DA!" = Ashes, ashes, all fall DOWN! Sam likes to play ring around the rosies by himself. He turns in a circle and sings to himself and then plops on the ground and throws his arms in the air at the fall down part. Then he gets back up and does it all over again!
Its fun to see and hear him experimenting with new words and sounds.
