Our World: Updated

We've been doing quite a bit of traveling the last few weekends. Two weekends ago we were in Ogden for my youngest nephew's baptism.

Boston was so dang excited to get baptized that he JUMPED into the font and even treaded water for a few seconds. His dad joked that that actually getting into the font was the one thing they didn't practice. When he was done getting dunked, he came up out of the water and shook his head and said, "ahh." Later he told his mom it was, "because it felt so good to be baptized."

Last weekend we had the opportunity to go to the Boise State-Utah State game in Logan. It was a riot, and we stomped them 52-0. GO BRONCOS! The Boise fans were about even in number with the Utah fans, but by the sound of it you would have thought we outnumbered them 3-1. From what I hear, we were even on TV for a split second. It was a very cool game.

Afterwards, we went to dinner at this really cool little restaurant called the Blue Bird Cafe. If you are ever in Logan, you HAVE to eat there. It was right across the street from the tabernacle, and we parked in it's parking lot and walked over. I had to take some pictures of it, it was such a pretty building. And the lighting was perfect.

Friday (2 days ago) we got some family pictures taken, and a few of just me to put into my grad announcements. Our neighbor is an amazing photographer, and we're really excited to see how they turn out. When we get them back, I will post a few... but not all of them. One is going in our Christmas cards. Other than that, it has just been school and work for us. We have this whole next week off from school, and we leave Wednesday to go home for Thanksgiving. Brian is so excited that he can hardly keep his pants on.
